Use of the Service
ConvoClerk is intended for lawful business messaging, sales, support, and customer communication workflows. You may use ConvoClerk only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and the rules of any messaging channel you connect.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, inviting appropriate team members, assigning appropriate permissions, keeping account information accurate, and promptly disconnecting channels or users that should no longer have access.
Messaging Compliance
You are responsible for the messages, automations, templates, files, and contact data you send or manage through ConvoClerk. You must only message people where you have a lawful basis, required consent, and permission under applicable channel policies.
If you use Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram integrations, you must comply with Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms, applicable commerce and messaging policies, customer consent requirements, template rules, opt-out obligations, and any other channel requirements that apply to your use.
Connected Channels
By connecting a messaging channel, you confirm that you are authorized to manage that account, page, number, inbox, or business profile. You authorize ConvoClerk to access, receive, store, display, and send channel data as needed to provide the service.
Customer Data
You retain responsibility for your customer contacts, conversation history, and business records. ConvoClerk processes this data to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not upload or send unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized content.
AI And Automation
ConvoClerk may provide AI or automation features that draft replies, summarize conversations, classify contacts, route messages, or suggest next actions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for sales, legal, financial, health, or other sensitive decisions.
Availability And Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of ConvoClerk as the product evolves or as required by security, legal, operational, or platform policy needs. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Privacy And Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information. Data deletion requests can be submitted through our Data Deletion Instructions or by contacting us.
Suspension Or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, abuses messaging channels, infringes rights, or violates platform policies. You may stop using ConvoClerk and request deletion of eligible data at any time.

ConvoClerk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every specific business purpose.
